Application Security & Compliance

• Implemented stringent Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across multiple enterprise applications (Clinic, Complaint, BizCard systems) to enforce data isolation by plant location, department boundaries, and job seniority tiers.
• Strengthened system security and strictly adhered to Data Privacy regulations by implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Authenticator Apps and Email OTP.
• Integrated robust audit logging capabilities using Spatie Laravel packages to track detailed immutable historical state changes (capturing user context, IP addresses, geo-location, and before/after delta values).

Production Support & AI-Augmented Workflows

• Provided comprehensive Level 3 application support across all production internal applications; utilized Freshservice to systematically monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), isolate root causes, and deploy critical production hotfixes.
